July 20, 2008, Philadelphia Inquirer:
In the 32-piece ARTsisters member’ show at Tyme, several painters combine the sensuality of romanticism with a realist’s awareness of time and place in varying degrees. These include Deb K. Simon, Marge Feldman, Nancy Freeman Tabas, Ellen Abraham, Roberta Welburn-Milstead and Joye Schwartz. Meanwhile, Sandra Benhaim and Linda Dubin Garfield are the pacesetters for breezy abstraction. And Margi Lewis Quint’s meticulous oils create an ambience of modernity with hints of something innovative.

August 2, 2007, Mainly Art by Marie Fowler, Main Line Ticket:
[Deb K.] Simon, also painting in Narberth, demonstrates a mastery of portraying light on water in her oils. This artist knows just how dappled sunlight picks out color. Which Way In is a marine view with two Canada Geese that survey what has obviously become their domain.”

August 2, 2007, Mainly Art by Marie Fowler, Main Line Ticket:
“[Nancy F.] Tabas, like French Impressionist master Claude  Monet, appears to explore the same motif under different conditions of light and/or seasons. The Haverford painter describes her landscapes as “realist abstraction”.

July 22, 2007, The Philadelphia Inquirer:
“Deborah K Simon of Narberth and Nancy Freeman Tabas of Haverford each have enough painterly gutsiness in their oils to give their real-looking coastal seascapes and other scenes visceral substance.” Art Review by Victoria Donohoe,

March 7, 2007, Gloucester County College Art Gallery
Artist Ellen Abraham uses the energy of life and her interest in art, history, sociology, and politics to build folded, mutilated, and riotously colored pictures that characterize behavior or the state of affairs in complex situations.

January 14, 2007, Philadelphia Inquirer:
Linda Dubin Garfield... suggests the enormity of nature and seeks an unadorned dignity in her stark horizon-line views at sunrise or sunset.

January 6, 2007, arts-mind.com:
Linda Dubin Garfield sees uniqueness in people, who tend to get lost in crowds, and her art gives voice to people’s deep inner experience.

August 13, 2006, Philadelphia Inquirer:
ARTsisters ”Never Go It Alone” in Wilmington- A diverting group show and not exactly typical fare, it shows ARTsisters to be aware of many approaches. Some of the artists' best work provides much visual energy as well as angst.
